On May 19-20, 2011 the second international theoretical and practical conference “Accounting, Audit and Analysis’ Development Prospects in the Context of European Integration” dedicated to the 15th Anniversary of the Ukrainian Federation of Accountants and Auditors (UFPAA) and the 90th Anniversary of Odessa State Economic University, supported by ACCA, was held in Odessa, Ukraine.

Representatives of professional bodies, regulators, universities, practicing accountants and auditors gathered together to discuss potential ways of accounting, control and analysis development and improvement in accordance with current international requirements.

During the conference the following questions were discussed:

• Accounting and financial reporting development prospects in Ukraine under European integration processes
• Control and audit in Ukraine: experience and prospects
• Analytical personnel development for taking management decisions
