December. Presentation on the strategic partnership between GRBS and EY Azerbaijan (Baku. Azerbaijan)
On December 18, 2010 GRBS International Tuition Center, ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner, held a presentation on the strategic partnership with Ernst & Young Azerbaijan and Ernst & Young Recruitment 2011 campaign, in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The goal of the long-term strategic partnership between GRBS and Ernst & Young Holdings (CIS) BV Azerbaijan, is to expand career opportunities for young people and open up significant opportunities for young professionals and students. This strategic partnership is unique, taking into account the fact that GRBS is the first and the only Accredited Training Centre in the region for many international qualifications and Ernst & Young is one of the companies within the Big Four offering its employees tremendous career opportunities and continuous professional development
Within the framework of this cooperation young people who successfully complete their studies on international professional qualifications at GRBS International Training Center, with good results in mock tests and final exams will be recommended by GRBS for a possible career start in Ernst & Young and thus be able to participate in the recruitment selection conducted by Ernst & Young, regardless of the results of initial tests of basic knowledge in finance and international accounting.
Subhan Gasimli, Director of International Professional Qualifications at GRBS, opened the event, gave detailed information on main directions of mentioned above strategic partnership, highlighted the role of GRBS International Tuition Center in improving professional skills of local accountants and auditors. He referred to the fact that such cooperation between the two organizations is not a coincidence, as given the long experience of GRBS for preparations for international qualifications and the level of international recognition of the organization among the well-known institutions of the world.
Jamil Huseynov, Manager at Ernst & Young Azerbaijan, described the main directions of the global and regional activities of Ernst & Young and talked about its customers and service industries. Guests received detailed information about career opportunities for young people and the prospects opening before them in the Ernst & Young Azerbaijan.
Samira Shabanova, Head of the Human Resources Department in her turn spoke about the necessary requirements, provided advice and guidance on compiling a professional CV and preparing for interviews. Moreover, she noted the deadlines and other important dates of recruitment process of Ernst & Young Azerbaijan.
