On June 3-5, 2010, the International Conference of Auditing “Auditing practice in Lithuania: experience and prospects” dedicated to 10th Anniversary of Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors organized by the Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors and supported by ACCA was held in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Among the main themes were the following:

• Overview of recent development in accounting and auditing practice in Lithuania and other countries
• Internal control and auditing in public sector
• Public oversight of auditing practice and its development
• Prospects of the auditing legislation in EU

Nataliya Vovchuk, Head of ACCA Ukraine, Baltic and Caucasus States made a presentation "ACCA Experience in Regulatory Activities".
