New ACCA Approved Employers in Baltic Region
ACCA Ukraine, Baltic and Caucasus States is pleased to announce that in Baltic region there are three new ACCA Approved Employers.
The ACCA's Approved Employer Programme has been designed to help employers derive maximum value from the accounting and finance staff. The programme enables to benchmark companies training policies and procedures against ACCA's training standards and receive highest level recognition of the training and development opportunities organisation provides to finance trainees and professionals.
Among the New ACCA Approved Employers in Baltic Region are the following companies:
- First Data Latvia
- Lattelecom Group
- SEB Bank Latvia
These companies were presented with certificates, confirming that companies’ employees’ development programmes have achieved ACCA's global standards for the training of accounting and finance professionals. These standards also cover the post-qualification continuing development individuals which are compliant with the relevant international education standard set by IFAC.
Nataliya Vovchuk, Head of ACCA Ukraine, Baltic and Caucasus States, said: ‘Increasingly, the provision of comprehensive training and development is seen as an important factor by employees when considering which employer to choose.
