ACCA Ukraine event - Global Standards- The Business Benefits
The ACCA Ukraine Event entitled "Global Standards: the Business Benefits" was held on 9 September 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Kyiv Hotel.
The event was chaired by Dr Nataliya Vovchuk, ACCA Head of Ukraine, Baltic and Caucasus States. Prominent experts of the Big Four auditor firms as well as banking sector and telecommunications attended the event to discuss global standards with the audience. More than 50 members and graduates were used this opportunity to obtain a qualified response to their questions.
During the event the speakers lectured on the following topics:

Vitaliy Kazakov, Grant Thornton Ukraine, Managing Partner: Quality Control in Audit and Ukraine Prospective;
Andriy Droniuk, Farlep Invest, First Deputy General Director, CFO: Standards in Telecommunications;
Dominique Menu, BNP Paribas, Head of Representative Office in Ukraine: Banking and standards.
At the end of the official part, Nataliya Vovchuk, ACCA Head of Ukraine, Baltic and Caucasus States and Roger Acton, ACCA Director in Europe awarded ACCA graduates with diplomas during the Graduation Ceremony.
