Our global graduate programmes are the training schemes for our next generation of senior leaders so we recruit only the highest potential, carefully selected graduates. Shell Finance provides you with the opportunity to learn from a diverse group of finance professionals around the world. The programme provides 3 years of on-the-job development in real roles within the business such as Finance Analyst, Accountant or Finance Advisor. Graduates in Shell do real jobs from day one, making a contribution to the energy business right from the start. This programme particularly suits graduates of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Econometrics or similar subjects.

The application process for our graduate programmes is rigorous, but is designed to enable the most talented graduates to stand out. After submitting an online application, and passing an initial screening, successful candidates will be invited to a telephone interview. The final assessment usually takes the form of a Shell Recruitment Day at which around six candidates participate in both individual and group exercises.
