Our Audit, Accounting, Outsourcing and Tax teams provide services to all shapes and sizes of business, from the 'one man band' entrepreneur to the large multinational corporate. The key to our service is based on gaining an understanding of our clients' needs and issues and providing solutions, rather than off the shelf services, that call upon the experience across the wider business.
RSM Tenon is one of the UK's largest providers of risk advisory services. Our Internal Audit teams deliver solutions to client issues and their exposure to risk. You will identify key risks to the business, the controls in place to manage them and will raise recommendations to help improve business effectiveness. You will be exposed to a wide range of clients including those in the Public and Not-for-Profit Sectors and large multinational corporates.
The depth of services and clients you will be exposed to early in your career will provide you with a jump start into the varied world of accountancy. We will expose you to the skills you require to become a true trusted advisor to your clients in the future.

Your profile:
We're looking for enthusiastic 2.1 calibre graduates, who are quick to learn, driven and dedicated. You will possess a minimum of 280 UCAS points (excluding general studies). As a graduate it is assumed you will have no prior knowledge or experience of your preferred business area.
You will be passionate, highly motivated and driven towards a career in accountancy, demonstrating a mature attitude.
You will get involved in a variety of tasks and trainees will be expected to demonstrate a willingness to learn. Therefore flexibility and adaptability is an absolute must!
Strong verbal communication skills are essential as trainees will communicate at all levels, often speaking with clients in person and over the phone, explaining complex information.
