Graduate opportunities
Graduates have always been at the heart of Dyson because they bring a fresh approach and are unafraid of challenging conventional thinking. This year we have taken on three finance graduates, and will continue to take on graduates into the team every year going forward.
During their first three years graduates will work in three distinct areas of Finance. Currently graduates work in our Group Reporting team, Financial Control team and Research Design and Development Finance team. We give them financial control and ask them to make commercial decisions from the start.
