Standard letters, model accounts and other documentation

Download (in Word format) any of six ‘standard letters’ which will help a practice when communicating with its clients:

• Information requests
• Clearance letter
• Clearance letter final
• Loan reference
• Letter of representations
• Letter of weakness.

(These were previously available on ACCA’s Standard Letters CD, which has now been withdrawn due to the fact the majority are now obsolete.)

Model accounts
You can obtain model FRSSE accounts, LLP accounts, abbreviated accounts, dormant accounts and sole trader accounts on request via email (please quote your name and membership number)

Letters and forms
Generic letters that are unlikely to go out of date – such as a sample clearance letter to be sent on the change of appointment of an accountant or a reference to be supplied to a lender for a client seeking to take out finance – are also available on our website.
