Data Protection - Deletion of Personal Data

The Information Commissioner's Office's guidance, Deleting personal data: Data Protection Act, sets out the circumstances in which, instead of deleting information, data holders can put the information 'beyond use'.

The guidance sets out a number of conditions where this exception to the delete rule can apply.
