ACCA strives to provide excellent added-value support and services to our members, particularly to those in specialist career paths. In view of this we have developed partnerships with key organisations to support and enhance ACCA members’ careers and skillset:
In 2006 ACCA partnered with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), to provide enhanced access to the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation qualification. This allows participating ACCA members to be certified in more than one tax system and deliver the experts advice that today’s global clients expect.
We developed a partnership with The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to extend and enhance the benefits available to both bodies' global membership. The partnership allows ACCA members to receive discounts and apply for the coveted status of Chartered Manager, provided certain criteria are met.
To meet the needs of our members working in audit ACCA has joined forces with the Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA). This cooperation allows both organisations to set the agenda on a wide range of issues relating to technical research and professional standards for internal auditors.
Together with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) ACCA formed a global partnership where the two organisations co-operate and share resources around the world to support the work of nearly 130,000 finance professionals.
Our partnership with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) provides ACCA members with access to technical support concerning insurance and financial services and industry-related issues, plus regular networking opportunities.
Our agreement with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) provides enhanced CPD opportunities to ACCA members working in the insurance and banking sectors.
