ACCA Mentor Workshops
ACCA UK has recently piloted a series of Workplace Mentor Workshops that will cover the following points:
• The importance of coaching and mentoring
• Sharing of experiences
• Role of workplace mentor
• What skills to have and behaviours to avoid
• Support available for workplace mentors
The Singapore office will be contacting selected ACCA Approved Employers to explore the possibility of conducting these sessions for their ACCA trainees and mentors to better acquaint themselves with the expectations of both the trainee and the workplace mentor.

Foundations in Accountancy (FIA)
The FIA is an excellent qualification route for your accounting support staff, whether you wish to develop new recruits from school leaver stage or encourage experienced employees to obtain formal recognition of their ability. There are no formal entry requirements.
The FIA consists of a suite of awards, including certificates, diplomas and a revised Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Qualification.
