Workshop on Stress Management
Increased responsibility, pressure and life uncertainty have led to unprecedented levels of stress in students, affecting educational performance, health and happiness at home.
As future challenges grow ever more hectic and demanding, the student faces increased workloads and competing priorities. Forward thinking students are recognizing the need to manage valuable time more wisely through constructive planning and prioritizing both in order to maximize the value of your output and minimize the stress that has become a daily part of life. Anger emerges as an obvious result of all theses circumstances. In order to provide an opportunity to students to learn the new techniques and cope up with the demands and stress they face, ACCA Pakistan Karachi Office organized a four-hour workshop for ACCA students on February 15, 2007 at Marriott Hotel, Ambassador III.

During the workshop the speaker interlined anger, time and stress for the purpose of better understanding and management of stress and engaged the participants into different purposeful activities which would enable students to manage their stress properly. All the participants appreciated the speaker and ACCA Pakistan to organize such events for students.
