Workshop on Excelling at the Interview - Karachi
The secret to performing extraordinarily well at an interview is to excel at every aspect of the interaction from the confident smile on your face to the dress you wear and all the way to the comprehensive answers you give. In order to provide an opportunity to ACCA students to learn and perform well in the job interviews, ACCA Pakistan Karachi Office organized a full day workshop on Excelling at the Interview on April 3, 2007 at the Opal Hall of Regent Plaza Hotel and Convention center, Karachi, Pakistan.
21 ACCA and CAT students attended the workshop. The workshop included meaningful and relevant activities in which students were provided with the tips, dos and don’t before and during the interview. The workshop enabled students to appreciate preparing themselves in advance for the success in the job interviews. It also emphasized the communication skills: verbal and non-verbal which play an important role in the success of the interview.
The workshop was conducted by Hassan Bin Rizwan who is Masters in Business Administration and B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Behavioral Sciences. The percipients enjoyed and benefited from the facilitation of the speaker and resource materials provided to them.
