After ACCA 2007, meeting the important deadlines by students and colleges was emphasized in which coordinators were requested to brief the deadlines to their students clearly and regularly to avoid any delays and refusals. Part of the important deadlines, it was further emphasized that colleges should follow the instruction /procedures set by ACCA while meeting the extended closing deadlines of CBEs.
Since ACCA is planning to develop communication templates for UCRS, initial concept and purpose were shared with the coordinators during the meeting and a feedback was sought on the idea to get more and increased cooperation from colleges in future. Part of the UCRS communication templates would be to streamline the ad hoc and random requests received from colleges on behalf of students e.g. CBE queries, registration number and temporary ID cards. It was informed that templates would be devised and sent to the colleges on which ACCA Karachi Office will act accordingly. Questions were asked after each agenda item and were answered appropriately.
The meeting finished on time and refreshments ware served in the end.
