From the first day, you can expect to work directly with clients and firm staff on key tasks, with an opportunity to immediately make significant contributions. You will also work independently on assignments as your responsibilities develop. Within a year you will find that you are expected to take on more responsibility, whatever department you work in. You will develop close working relationships with partners by contributing to client projects, as well as taking advantage of an open door policy to further develop rapport. You will be put in charge of jobs which will require you to use your initiative and training. This is a unique feature to Grant Thornton. By Operating from over 521 offices in over 100 countries, we offer exciting secondment opportunities to qualified staff. Our secondments are typically of six months to three years duration to countries such as Australia, America, the UK etc.
