ACCA Ireland Elections 2013
Elections are now underway for the seven member panels in ACCA Ireland. The Panels are:
Business Leaders' Forum
Financial Services Network
Panel members act as ambassadors for ACCA. They advise on CPD content, inform ACCA of emerging relevant sector specific issues and provide a channel for communicating the views of members to the Ireland Committee, Council and staff.
Panels meet quarterly and there is some additional consultation by email between meetings. Panel members often attend and chair relevant CPD events each year and panel work qualifies for CPD as long as it is relevant to your present career. Members may stand for one panel only and the maximum period any member may serve on a panel is nine years.
*Three places are available for election each year and nominations open on 23 September 2013 and close on 15 October 2013. If you would like to stand for election, download the nomination form below and return it by 15 October. Elections will take place during November and the results will be announced in early December. The new Panels will meet in February 2014.
If you would like to discuss the nomination process or work of the Panels, please contact Luke Brockie, Head of Members' Services at 01 4988 903 or at email@example.com
