| • co-ordinate and control several projects simultaneously, involving tasks from transaction processing to VAT returns, and from management reports to financial statements; • maintain communication with clients, their auditors and tax authorities; • organise and supervise work of the team; • identify and manage risk; • business problem solving; • to be an effective advisor and mentor for the team; • instill in staff commitment to quality service for clients’ success. | |
| Person specification: | |
| • at least three-years relevant experience in a multinational environment; • at least one year experience in managing staff; • knowledge and experience in Czech accounting and tax (some experience in IFRS is an advantage); • client oriented attitude; • adapted to a dynamic, fast-paced environment; • integrity and straight thinking; • university degree in economics or accounting; • fluent verbal and written English. | |
