This is an accounting standards presentation, suitable for anyone involved in the preparation of small business accounts looking for a refresher of relevant UK accounting standards.  Course content focuses on familiar and some less familiar issues facing accounts preparers, based primarily around small businesses and the FRSSE, will include:

- Revenue recognition

- Related party transactions

- Directors' transactions

- Domain names and useful economic lives

- Taxation including deferred tax

- Provisioning

- HP & Leasing transactions

- Some Companies Act 2006 practicalities

- Accounting policy and other note disclosures
