Divorce law changes regularly depending on the latest Court rulings. It is therefore imperative that you keep up to date. As a financial adviser you will often be the client's first port of call when they are facing a separation - this seminar will help equip you with the essential information you need to know.

This legal briefing will examine ways in which you can assist your client if and when they are faced with the prospect of separation. It will enable you to be involved and provide valuable assistance during the process. (It is not a presentation about Forensic Accounting.) There will also be ample time for questions with our experienced divorce lawyers.
