A workshop aimed at explaining how to deal with disciplinary and grievance hearings.

A grievance case study to discuss/explain:

• What a grievance procedure should include
• How to respond to a grievance if an employee raises one
• What to take into account when conducting a grievance investigation (i.e. how an employment tribunal will view the investigation)
• How to set out the outcome

A mock disciplinary hearing explaining:

• What a disciplinary procedure should include
• How to conduct the investigation
• How to invite the employee to the hearing
• What to consider when deciding the outcome of the hearing
