Speaker:  Ray Ward, HMRC.  Ray has been with what is now HM Revenue & Customs for 16 years having joined HM Customs & Excise after 21 years with the Lord Chancellors department.  Ray has held his current post for over 10 years and his role is to help in the delivery of the free help and advice available to businesses from HMRC principally on VAT and International Trade, in a number of different formats - face to face consultations, presentations & workshops or through webinars and exhibitions and he currently delivers all the International Trade presentations.
