Pensions Update including Auto Enrolment

The breakfast meeting will aim to cover The Pension Reform coming into force that will affect ‘every’ employer in the UK over the next few years. It will cover the financial costs to employers, benefits to staff and the administrative burden on employers of this new compulsory pension legislation. The National Employer Savings Trust known as NEST and how this will be the default for employers without a qualifying scheme. The content should hopefully educate and inform members on this new requirement.
