Have you ever wondered why some people in Financial Services seem to effortlessly get people to agree with them, while other people despite having a wonderful idea, never seem to get agreement?
As we all know the ability to use language will influence our success in interviews, presentations, pitches and meetings. However, we are rarely taught how to really communicate with the part of a person’s mind that actually makes all the decisions.
So would it be ok to spend an evening exploring how you can ethically have even more influence and impact than you ever thought possible?
During this skills session with Matthew Broomhead we will explore:

Matthew Broomhead is a “Quirky” Consulting Coach who spent seven years employed in a corporate I.T. company before changing career and moved from fixing problems with computers, to fixing performance issues with people.
Matthew works with a variety of people from SME’s to senior Leaders within the Common Purpose Leadership programmes. He was one of a few Business Mentors to be invited onto the 2011 and 2012 Launch Panels at The Prince’s Trust. He is Education Advisor for the Birmingham International Speakers Club and is passionate about learning and that there are no secrets in business, only skills that can be learnt.
