Who am I? I am Margaret Zuppinger, director of Margaret Zuppinger Partnership Ltd., a learning and development consultancy based in the North West of England and operating throughout the UK, which I run with my fellow director Tony Zuppinger. I am a motivational speaker, coach and also an author.

How do we deliver what you need? What we aim to do is to close the gap between what people in organizations and companies currently do and what they need to do to deliver the organisational or company outcomes. We therefore adapt our training message to the culture and the context of the organizations and the companies we are working with – each intervention is bespoke. We deliver our training independently and also in collaboration with others.
