Trevor Shaw
Trevor has worked on a range of businesses from owner managed to international groups.

He has spent the last 5 years working with owner managed businesses and multi-national groups, advising on tax efficeint structuring of corporate transactions and MBOs, research and development and profit extraction. Prior to this Trevor used to lead the PwC Treasury Tax team for the midlands and specialised in loan relationships, derivative contracts and foreign exchange for many years. He has also worked on the world wide debt cap rules. Trevor also worked on the Review of Links with Medium Sized Businesses as part of the HMRC team.
