Show Me The Numbers - Presentation Skills for Finance Professionals

This evening will help attendees to:

• Find a presentation ‘style’ that suits them.
• Develop a confident approach to giving presentations.
• Design simpler, more effective presentations.
• Understand when to use Powerpoint, and when avoid it.
• Design charts and tables that get the message across.
The content of the presentation is based on rigorous research, and provides a no-nonsense approach well suited for busy finance professionals.

Note: Attendees are invited to bring along examples of some presentations they have done in the past that they can work on during the evening. Laptops are also welcome, although power outlets may not be available.

Speaker: Chris Rowe MA CGMA LSSBB, Director, Total Finance Training

Chris is a CIMA qualified accountant with over 15 years of blue chip work experience in the FMCG industry; previous employers include Nestle, Arla Foods, Dr Oetker and Fox’s Biscuits.
For the past 8 years Chris has been involved in training a broad range of professionals; he also provides consultancy and training through his own business, Total Finance Training.
