This course takes delegates through the process of building a secure treasury environment, from the creation of a framework of policy and delegated authority, through to how treasury should be organised to ensure maximum control of its activities. The course draws on real examples where controls have been weak or have collapsed, illustrating the absolute importance of a well-controlled treasury.
