Speakers: Dr Peter Shaw and Hilary Douglas

 

Outline: This seminar will be based around the business coaching book “Thriving in your work – how to be motivated and do well in challenging times”, a copy of which will be given to all delegates. The pressures in your work are relentless, there is always more to be done, expectations are high from your boss, your customers and your clients. Resources are tight and there is a perpetual squeeze on the support available to you. How do you thrive and succeed in such an environment ? This seminar will set out practical approaches to enable you to clarify your outcomes, work as a team, choose your impact, and develop new skills.

Speaker details: Hilary Douglas coaches clients across the private, public and voluntary sectors. Clients include Accenture, Royal Bank of Scotland, National Express, Blue Sky Regeneration, Talbot Insurance, General  Medical Council, the Courts Service, the NHS and a range of Government organisations.

Dr Peter Shaw coaches Chief Executives in the private sector as well as at the Permanent Secretary, Director General, Director and high potential levels in the public sector and at equivalent levels in the voluntary sector. He has worked with individuals and senior teams drawing from his Board and cross sector experience.
