ACCA Poland and LondamSAM Polska are pleased to invite you to ACCA Family Meeting in Wroclaw.
This meeting is a part of a series of events organised in major Polish cities for our key stakeholders.
ACCA Family Meeting consists of inspiring and motivating presentation relevant to all participants and networking part which will allow to build and strengthen relations within organisation as well as with ACCA key business partners.

18:05 - 20:00 "Climbing to the top of leadership" - presentation by Anna Lichota, Himalayan mountaineer, former executive director at UBS Investment Bank, currently Senior Executive Coach, LondonSAM Polska
Anna will talk about climbing up the Seven Summits and related to it adventures, physical and emotional struggle, both at the individual and group level. Each mountain is like the next step in the professional career, where what matters is the attitude, the way of thinking and conscious work on one's own character. There is also leadership which inspires and enables us to do the impossible. At critical moments it is like a scalpel which separates facts from private interpretation and projection. Where there is a need for creativity, it allows people around to naturally develop their talents and spread their wings.

Throughout her career Ania has worked in sixteen countries throughout a variety of industries, including shipping, construction, retail, commercial and investment banking. Ania has held positions including Chief Operating Officer, Country Manager, Head of Sales and Executive Director in the corporate world as well as being a board member and a Chair in charitable organizations in London.
Ania has received multiple awards for her unique leadership style and charity work, including the UBS Chairman Inclusion and Diversity award and the Ministry of Finance award. She has been nominated as a woman of the year in London and Poland.
Ania has also climbed the highest peak on every continent, including Mt. Everest; She has also written and published a book:"Why the hell bother?" Her passion is is to help others to realize their full potential. In her spare time she runs a charity, which has built a school in Nepal for 226 children.
