New member celebrations
During November 2009, ACCA Australia & New Zealand welcomed 500 ACCA members who had recently achieved either ACCA or FCCA membership status.
Along with fellow ACCA members and representatives from ACCA Australia & New Zealand, new ACCA and FCCA members were invited to attend events across Australia & New Zealand to formally congratulate all on their success.
For those members who attended the events hosted in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney -Australia and Auckland - New Zealand, a welcome address was given by ACCA Australia & New Zealand Panel member representatives and ACCA Partners from Deloitte and KPMG who reinforced the importance of each member to ACCA's success.
For some it was the first time they had attended an ACCA event and or met with other ACCA members.
With positive feedback from attendees and a growing membership base in both countries, ACCA Australia & New Zealand looks forward to welcoming more members at events in the future.
