New Approved Employer in Ukraine

Mazars Ukraine, an international audit, accountancy, tax, legal and advisory services company based in Kyiv, Ukraine, has gained the ACCA’s prestigious Gold Approved Accredited Employer status.

Mazars Ukraine was awarded ACCA’s Gold status for its commitment to providing its employees with the best possible support and development required to qualify with ACCA - the global body for professional accountants.

Grégoire Dattée, Managing partner of Mazars Ukraine, said: “As an organisation which aims to deliver very high quality training in all areas to our employees, we are proud to meet ACCA’s highest standards. High calibre talents are the key to our company’s continued success. By investing in their training and development we are creating a long term benefit for our business, our customers and the economy.”

Nataliya Vovchuk, Head of ACCA Ukraine, Baltic and Caucasus States, said: “In an increasingly global financial environment, ACCA ensures its standards are rigorously maintained by a formal monitoring process. Mazars Ukraine met our strict criteria for this Gold training status, which includes assessing their provision of study support, work experience, supervision, appraisal and workplace development, training records and continuing development.”

Nataliya added: “Accountability for professional development rests with both the employer and employee. In-depth consultation and collaboration with employers is a vital element in ensuring successful business and personal development.”
