On 7 April, 2009 the ACCA Ukraine held the CPD Event titled “ISA 200 - Objective and General Principles Governing an Audit of Financial Statements”. The event took place in the Hotel Riviera in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The guest speaker of the event was experienced trainer in finance and audit spheres Ilia Agladze, FCCA, MBA. About 30 ACCA members had a chance to get knowledge on the following topics:

-Objective of an audit of financial statements;
-Concept of Professional Skepticism;
-Concept of Reasonable Assurance;
-Audit risk and materiality;
-Responsibility for the financial statements;
-Expressing an opinion on the financial statements.
