The 3rd ABSL Annual Conference will take place in September, 10-11 in the Sheraton Hotel in Sopot. It will be the biggest outsourcing event in Poland, gathering representatives of the leading business services centers, companies supporting the development of the sector as well as state authorities and the media. The Conference Partners are Invest in Pomerania (Main Partner), Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, British Polish Chamber of Commerce and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

This year's conference is to examine the lifecycle of business services centers - from the start-up phase (selecting location, choosing a form of government aid and planning the recruitment process) through developing services portfolio, to business process excellence and evolution towards advanced, knowledge-based projects.
The event will offer a possibility of participating in workshop sessions devoted to such areas as: business process excellence, the SaaS model or modern office space organization 2020.

ABSL Conference is:

• 200 guests, including  management of the biggest services centers, representatives of Polish and foreign investors, cities, local authorities, Special Economic Zones and investment agencies, as well as representatives of HR, IT or Real Estate companies.
