ACCA's report on public scrutiny cited in Globe and Mail article

On January 25, 2012, an online article entitled "MPs' spending power needs an overhaul, report warns" referenced ACCA's recent report Parliamentary Financial Scrutiny in Hard Times.  The report details case studies for Canada, the UK, Ireland and Australia and calls on Parliaments to use the financial crisis as an opportunity to have a fundamental re-think about how they can improve their financial scrutiny.
